Money, oh the money
In our life, we have a certain amount of financial means at our disposal – money. Somebody has a very little amount of it, other averagely big, and some even a giant amount. And because our human society is constructed in the way to enable everything for money except for health and partially relationships, then who does not have it usually suffers a lot because of this lack (but its not like that every time).
Above all those who have at their disposal only bellow-average amount of money should have learned how to treat their little money in the best possible way.
Of course, if your expenses are bigger than your income you find yourselves in a before-hand lost war. You will go from debt to debt and you will not experience much pleasure in your life. On the other hand, if your income at least a little bit over-steps your expenses, you must learn to treat your financial means properly.
Mental factor is one of the most important on the way to some financial success. To develop it more, you should go by the following rules:
1) Do not be in touch with people who are richer than you because they could evoke in you a desire to own the expensive things they own and you might start envy them and desire for the things. So if you are rather poorer, do not mind it even though some rich people will look at you “through fingers” that you do not possess this or that. For who uses to judge people only accordingly to their possession he is not worth much so do not solve the fact that he or she does not like you very much when you are poorer. Moreover, rich people use to often have a worse character and therefore they are not worth getting your sympathy by any of your endeavors to be equal to them.
2) Buy only the things you really need. For example a car. For what reason you should own some extra expensive one or some too powerful machine? It is a thing for the purpose of transporting you from one place to the other so even the cheapest one will do to allow you to go to the shop to fetch the things you need or to get into your working place or visit your hut in the weekend if you have any. Apart from it, a cheaper and less efficient car will not force you to run too fast and maybe it's consumption will not be too big too. Another example are computers. It is not necessary to have the most expensive ones when any at least a little good PC will do to watch movies, write texts or play games in lower or medium details. The same is in the case of clothing. Any normal clothes will do. There is no need to waste your money for any too expensive dress: if your figure is bad, then even if you covered it by the best possible clothes, it will not be too beneficial for you in the end. This rule is valid for all the other purchases.
3) Buying cheap products, learn to buy even cheaper. For example hypermarkets usually have various goods for action price with lower or greater discount, out of which the most important one is food-stuff. However, there is one problem: being in hypermarket, one is attracted by many goods having them all within the touch of his hands. Treacherous businessmen suppose that when they have attracted you by their goods for action price, you may submit when you will see other more expensive products around and you will buy them. You have to learn to ignore all other goods except for that for a discount which you came to buy. The art to buy and save consists in it.
4) Never borrow any money to prevent unpaid debts and being bound to who helped you financially (or even made a harm to you if he or she charged you too big interest or possibly even pressed on you to borrow from him to get you in debts and dependance on him).
5) Never borrow your money nor any valuable things to anyone and never store them at anybody's place. You could easily lost them (perhaps only some very good bank is trustable).
6) Never steal anything neither be in touch with people who steal to avoid suspection and temptation.
7) Never play hazard games. If you are poor, never rely upon the chance that you will win for the last money that you bet. As a rule, the poorest people can hardly ever win to could stay poor like they are supposed to be. So once you bet, then only for the slowest sum of money.
8) You should have learned to transform the energy of your desire for material wealth in something what is not for money and what is easily available: a walk in beautiful Nature, pleasure from movement when doing some sport, sexual pleasure (when it is more or less for free).
